DICE MarketPlace Terms of Use

DICE Marketplace – a publicly available electronic market that allows customers to buy their product/services.

Use of the DICE Marketplace is subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use as well as the related DICE Marketplace policies referred to collectively as "Terms"

Eligibility

By using the DICE Marketplace, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or are acting with the consent and supervision of your parent; and you have full power, capacity, and authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself, or if applicable, your employer or other entity that you represent.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at our sole discretion, and if we do make material changes, we will notify you.

Definitions

When we use the word “Customers”, we mean the entity who Purchase products/services available through the DICE Marketplace.

Marketplace Content

In this MarketPlace mostly we're listing educational products or services as of now, but we can also list other services which are legal and we can serve people.

Purchased Products/Services or Downloads

You won’t be able to use any Purchased Products/Services without logging in with your account. If you delete your account, you may lose your Products/Services.

By purchasing Downloads, you agree not to intentionally circumvent any authentication mechanism. We may stop providing access to the DICE Marketplace or suspend your access to Purchased Products/Services if we believe that you have violated these terms.

Refunds & Support

Our policy states that all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We urge customers to carefully consider their decisions before making a purchase.

Fraud & Chargebacks

We treat fraud very seriously and it is a serious internet crime. Any attempt to fraud or compromise our system will cause automatic and indefinite block of your account. Any, chargeback filed for the payment made is considered a violation of our policy and will lead to account deactivation and further investigation.

Additional Terms regarding Marketplace Content

To the extent some of the content on the DICE Marketplace are covered by separate terms (such as an end user license agreement, an open source license and/or a terms of use for Marketplace Content from a Developer), you agree to comply with such terms. You can find the terms under which Marketplace Content is being distributed on the information page of that piece of Marketplace Content. You can contact developer of Marketplace Content to get more details.

Privacy

You will be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) to us as part of your registration for and use of the DICE Marketplace. We will handle your information as we describe in the DICE Marketplace Privacy Policy.

DICE Marketplace may collect public store URLs during DICE connection and authentication

The DICE Marketplace Privacy Policy applies to the DICE Marketplace but does not cover any Marketplace Content. You should check the privacy policy of a piece of Marketplace Content to discover the privacy practices concerning such Marketplace Content and be comfortable with them before purchasing.
